Mt. Pisgah, Northboro 10/5/08
Our first out of town hike. A group of 13 folks (and 2 dogs) carpooled to Northboro and hiked a loop on Mt. Pisgah
that included two scenic views from the northern & southern ends of
the ridge. For those wondering, the summit is 715 feet high and
the name Pisgah is biblical in origin. It's a Hebrew word meaning
high point or cleft. Moses first saw the Promised Land from Mt.
Pisgah.
